Life Coach & Soft Skills Trainer

Coaching is my calling. I look forward to each and every exciting and courageous coaching journey I take together with each of my coaching clients. I love seeing how each person transforms into whom they were meant to be after breaking free from their cocoon and spreading their wings to become who they were meant to be.

MY QUALIFICATIONS

As you will notice, I have a passion for lifelong learning and self-development.


Coaching Diploma 

I completed my Postgraduate Diploma in Coaching at the South African College of Applied Psychology (SACAP).

With over 200 hours of coaching, I am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) at the International Coaching Federation(ICF).

Doctorate Degree 

I completed my Doctorate Degree (PhD) in Education at the University of  Pretoria. The focus of my study was on how to design language learning apps for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder so that maximum learning can take place. Learning occurs best when exposed to the same learning topic from different angles.

Yale University School of Medicine Child Study Centre

I did my research for several months at Yale, which helped me complete my Ph.D. studies successfully. This was a fantastic experience. I learned many valuable lessons and insights into how learning takes place.

Master's Degree:

I completed my Master's Degree in Education at the University of Pretoria, where I researched how the use of pictures in assessments influences outcomes across different ethnic groups.

​

Additional Education:

Postgraduate Degree in Human Resource Development
I completed this degree at UNISA.


B.Ed. Honours Degree 

I completed my Honours Degree in Education at Pretoria University.

Diploma in Higher Education and Training at Pretoria University.


BTech Degree in Graphic Design at the Tshwane University of Technology.

THE SHORT AND THE LONG

Working and, at times, being a stay-at-home mom while studying has helped foster my dream to be of service to others through coaching and soft skills training. It took a while to find my purpose, but I did, and I love what I do. Often you lose your identity as a woman, always busy helping others that you forget about yourself. Studying helped me retain my identity and help others to regain their identity.
